Today is Quite Special but this Blog Post Isn't Really

Today is a special day---not only is it my Grandma's birthday (she's 82), but it was one year ago today that I put forth a proposal. I asked my Sweetheart, Reada for her hand in marriage--- to clarify, I asked her to marry me---not just her hand. Anyhow, sadly I was reminded of this special day by Reada herself. Am I a guy or what?! However, to put your mind at ease,
I'm planning to remember our wedding anniversary. We shall see how I do when it comes around on December 29--I mean December 30th, or was it the 1st? I need to check my website.
Ok, for all of you ladies who might be concerned if I really don't remember when I was married...as if it's a big important day or something......well, I'll just have to keep you guessing. Now I remember it was foggy and drizzling last June 12th but today is delightfully bright and blue.

In other news, Reada and I think we heard a bear roar last night. It was either a bear roaring, somebody playing a tape of a bear roaring or a motorcycle. I'll rule out the tape of the bear. Did you know that a motorcycle and a bear are similar and yet different? I'll try to explain why.

You see, a motorcycle has two wheels and a bear has four legs. A bear is a animal and a motorcycle is a motor vehicle. A bear eats garbage and well, a motorcycle just eats gas. A bear is soft and a motorcycle usually is metal.

However, a bear roars and so can a motorcycle. A bear can be referred to as a "beast" as can a motorcycle. Occasionally a motorcycle is referred to as a "bear" to ride or a wild animal. We know a bear is a wild animal and since a bear isn't ridden it usually is just referred to as a "bear". So you see, a bear and a motorcycle are similar and yet have differences too. And before I forget, a motorcycle is sometimes referred to as a hog....and when it eat lots of gas...it's a gas hog !
