We need to let Kirk Cameron know

I enjoy meditating and thinking about things; not to be confused with a commonly "new enlightening" sorta meditation you may have heard about related to Buddhism or similar "new" age idea (which isn't very new at all).

The kind of meditation I do is described in the dictionary as contemplating or pondering and/or a plan. On June 12 I carried out a plan--something I had pondered about one year. I asked my Sweetheart Readi to marry me. She didn't hesitate in responding "yes". However, she did wonder if I may have been joking. That kinda bothered me. Aren't I a serious person?
Now that we're engaged, I found out there are things to do to prepare a mini mega-wedding. In fact, there are lots of things one must first consider. For example, do we want John Tesh or Michael W. Smith to play the piano? Maybe Relient K since Reada likes that band. Do we want skydivers to drop in with colored smoke, or will a simple aircraft fly-over be just fine? If we do decide on a fly-over, who will we have fly over? Personally, I'd like to see the Blue Angels since I'm gonna miss their airshow this year. Who's going to sing the National Anthem before the players take the fiel---I mean, the ceremony begins? Do we want a band or an orchestra to play for us? So many questions and so many answers available. I am quite thankful one of us knew beforehand about the necessary preparations involved in having these lower budget mini mega-weddings. I must've missed that memo. However, the best part is that my Sweetheart seems genuinely excited too. I wonder if she likes the idea of having our wedding in a stadium though. I'm thankful for her in so many ways. She's wanted a wedding ever since she was a little girl and use to daydream about having a wedding. You all who are already married must be excited too and just not for us but because you don't have to prepare again for all that's involved in planning a mini-mega wedding. I suppose if I want Kirk Cameron to come I should let him know... and soon. Something tells me he's quite busy. Oh well, what's another wedding to add to his busy schedule!

Great Trumpet Fanfare

Now that it's only been a couple weeks and the Da Vinci Code movie has faded from the scene, I would like to redirect your attention to something of less importance yet of great significance to me (otherwise it may not have made this posting). Drum roll please......ddddddrrrrrrruuuuuuummmmmm rrrrooooollllll.......and horn.....or trumpet fanfare.....dooot dooot doooot.......(I bet you feel kinda silly reading dooot, dooot, dooot just like that....Just imagine how it was writing it-- but anyways....back to the trumpet fanfare......and great announcement at hand: Yes, ladies and gentlemen of all ages, the fog of the Northcoast bay has returned to the area! While many of you swelter in the intense heat of the noonday sun, a few folks are turning up the heat in the house! Ok, so it's not that extreme but it is at least a thirty degree difference. Do you think it will snow?
I know many of you probably were expecting me to discuss something of more importance, such as a certain person coming to visit me in a couple days. Well, I've decided to keep most of those details secret. I've decided to not tell you about my Sweetheart coming out from South Dakota and visiting and our plan to discuss plans for our lives as the Lord wills. My love for Reada is something I want to keep low-key and not talk about online. For this reason I hope not to discuss how we met more than a year ago in May and that we miss each other very much and hence, are indeed excited to be together again. I'm generally kind of a private person so I don't like to broadcast these things or post pictures online about us. New pictures are being added to a new album which is also linked from www.areyougood.us
